Dignified And Respectful

On 14th January we had to say good bye to our special cat, Sniffy. We decided we wanted to have him cremated and, through the vet, Treasured Friends were contacted. They picked him up from the vets and dealt with everything calmly and professionally. I spoke to a member of staff on the phone to organise payment and bringing Sniffy back home- she was really friendly and it felt easy to sort out all the arrangements. Treasured Friends also brought Sniffy home and they were happy to find a time that was good for us. The whole process with Treasured Friends felt very dignified and respectful.
