*Please note that ‘Paw Prints’ and ‘Fur Clippings’ MUST be requested when the cremation is arranged as cremations may begin very soon after collection.
Collection cost
Zone 1: (Thanet Area) Collection is included. Home collection is £25. Both these costs include return to your home or vet.
Zone 2: (Herne Bay, Sandwich, Deal, Canterbury, Whitstable, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Medway Towns) is £15.00 (vet collection), £40 (home collection). Both these costs include return to your home or vet.
If you are outside of these areas please call our office and we will do our best to assist.
*Collections from Zone 1 available up to 3pm daily (Mon-Fri), 12pm (Sat), Zone 2 up to 1pm daily (Mon-Fri), 12pm (Sat). Out of these hours please call for availability and we’ll help where we can.
You can bring your pet to the crematorium most times, even outside of our normal hours (by prior appointment) at no additional charge.
