Kindness & Caring

I would like to say a very big thank you to Kate for the kindness, caring and utmost respect shown to our beautiful dog Beau, who passed away at home yesterday morning.   Kate and her colleague came to our home very quickly after Beaus passing and they stroked her head – showing compassion and care before taking her away.  They were also very caring towards us too.   Our beautiful Beau is back home today in the most stunning memorial, delivered back by Kate.  She even took the time to take the memorial out of its box and casing for us.

The kindness shown has really helped us in such a very sad time.  THANK YOU
