I just want to thank you for the absolutely wonderful service you provide. There is nothing since losing my best friend and companion that has brought me more peace than the care, efficiency and attention you gave to Lexi after her passing. To know that she was promptly collected within a short time from the moment she passed away and then having her returned to me the very next morning was the biggest comfort during this most excruciatingly painful time. Her urn is beautiful and feels perfect for her and having her back so quickly has brought me a little peace sooner than I expected. She is home after an overnight stay away in the best of care, with you. Thank you so much for what you do. You have started my healing process. Thank you xx
