Your service, empathy and compassion!

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. If only you knew how your compassion towards my daughter and grandchildren’s dog Bubbles means to me. We have had the most horrendous three years, firstly loosing my husband, in 2020 my 11 month old grand daughter passed away tragically then June 2022 They lost their best friend Bubbles who had been there through all their heart break. On July 1st They came to collect Bubbles from you, they called me when they had picked her up, To hear their voices sounding so happy to be taking her home. I can not  thank you enough for your amazing service and making me feel at peace. What an amazing person you are.
