Very personal and caring touch

Thank you so much for taking such care of Storm our dog who you collected from Canterbury vets on Wednesday last week.  We appreciated that when we first phoned,  you answered the phone rather than asking us to leave a message.  You provided a very personal and caring touch to everything even though you had never met Storm and communicated with us throughout the process.  Storm’s ashes were delivered back to us last Thursday in a beautiful tube and although we thought she would be buried in the garden we aren’t quite ready to part with her and she remains indoors in her favourite bedroom.  Thank you very much for making a heart breaking process a little easier.
