A fabulous service I would 100% recommend

I want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Treasured Friends who were so helpful, kind and compassionate when I needed to say goodbye suddenly to my beautiful 14½ old Labrador Bailey. Being a Sunday on a Bank Holiday weekend, I telephoned Lis about 10 minutes before their office closed and she arranged for me to drop him off to them once he had been euthanised by the vet. She was extremely kind and said for us to take as long as we needed with him before driving him to them. When we arrived we were met by Linda, who again, was so kind and considerate of our feelings, allowing us as long as we needed to be with him. I cannot thank them enough because we were so upset to lose our beautiful boy but their kindness and the tranquil setting of their Farewell Room helped to make a very sad situation so peaceful. They arranged for Bailey’s ashes to be returned to us on the Tuesday and he came home, brought by a lovely man who again, took great care with my lovely boy. A fabulous service that I would 100% recommend. Thank you so much!
