Attentive, supportive and kind

On Thursday 13th November we had to sadly make the decision to have our much loved cat, Bella put to sleep. We decided to have an individual cremation with Treasured Friends.

This was our first experience of needing to go through this process. The gentleman at Treasured Friends was very attentive, supportive and kind from the moment we first made the phone call to find out further information to when we needed to collect Bella’s ashes. He talked us through the process, gave us reassurance and answered any questions that we had which we found helpful and comforting.

We had the option to collect Bella’s ashes the next day and were able to pick from a variety of different caskets. We chose the picture frame which is beautiful. Being able to also have Bella’s paw print means so much.
