Couldn’t have asked for better

From the initial phone call to the collection of the ashes I couldn’t have asked for better treatment for either myself or my cat, Max. I am so grateful to everyone that I spoke to at Treasured Friends.

They made the whole process far more bearable. They also allowed me the chance to say a final farewell to Max the day before he was cremated him. I then personally chose to collect myself from them as felt I needed to bring him home myself. He is now sitting in “his” spot. So to Kate, Carl and by no means least Linda, who had to put up with my blubbering and stories of my boy, Max, thank you, thank you, thank you. You made the whole sad experience so much easier to deal with. There aren’t enough ways for me to say thank you. Rob Burton
