Greatly appreciated

I thank Treasured Friends as I greatly appreciated the crematorium service provided because of the following :
1) It was quick to make several telephone calls to ask questions and then make a convenient appointment for a next day visit to take my cat to the crematorium. There was a flexible timetable so rescheduling for a visit to the crematorium could be made if needed.
2) The staff were understanding towards my bereavement.
3) The crematorium is local, quick to travel to by car and located in a peaceful countryside setting.
4) The cremation service was carried out in a straightforward way.
5) The Book of remembrance was very helpful as the book gave myself grief reduction as the book showed that I was not alone in my grief. As a thank you to those who put the existing entries into the book, I have included my own entry. I hope the existing entries and my entry help others who see the book in future that they are not alone in their grief.
