Our lovely cat Smudge

I am writing to say how much we appreciated the kind and thoughtful attention you gave to our lovely cat Smudge when we lost her recently. Your quick and considerate handling of her cremation made it much easier for us to cope with her sudden passing, and being able to see how she was laid to rest was indeed very comforting. We wish you well with your new business and hope that others will find your handling of what is a very difficult time for pet owners just as comforting.
