Kate was so kind and understanding when we had to have our elderly cat Spike cremated. A beautiful place and would highly recommend.

As much as its heartbreaking to use this company, they have made the us feel so at ease with knowing our beloved doggy was looked after and getting the correct send off, there expertise in making sure everything was what we wanted was outstanding, would highly recommended this company to anyone that has had to go though this heart breaking situation

Sadly we had to say goodbye to two of our very elderly kitties (Dottie and Jasper) within a few months of each other this year. A shining moment through all of it was the wonderful care we received from Treasured Friends. The service was kind, respectful and efficient on both occasions and made what was a really horrible time just a little bit easier to deal with. We can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us and our fur friends and getting them home to us so quickly.

My vet arranged my beautiful cat Izzy's cremation at Treasured Friends.
The ashes were ready 2 days later and came in the sweetest bamboo pouch in a little cotton bag. They did two paw print cards for me too. The ashes were thoughtfully presented and you could tell that much care had been put into the process.

Sadly our beloved dog died yesterday, this company is amazing. He was taken away from our vets and I got a call this afternoon to say our boy had arrived. I now feel a peace having him back home where he belongs. Thank you so much for the service, you have made our grieving process much easier knowing we didn’t have to wait to long to get him back . This company goes above and beyond which really stands out. Thank you 💙
